About The Program
The Corporate Security Management Program (CSM) is a 21-day residency and trains Corporate Security Professionals and Executive Security Officers to manage risks in a corporate setting. The program covers best practices in various issues confronting corporate security personnel and executive protection professionals. The training program includes monitoring, planning, and organizing responses to crises in a corporate environment, whether human or natural.
The 21-Day Corporate Security Management Program is divided into four blocks of instruction:
Intelligence-driven Corporate Security.
Assessing Crisis and Planning Response.
Emotional Intelligence and Communication.
Managing Workplace Violence
